School registration process:

Anyone moving into the county and wishing to enroll their child at MCHS will need to contact the guidance office and set up an appointment at (270) 422-7516.

***Effective July 1, 2018

All students in Kindergarten through twelfth grade must show proof of having received two doses of Hepatitis A vaccine to attend school, and students aged 16 years or older, must show proof of having received two doses of Meningococcal ACWY vaccine (MenACWY) to attend school.  If the final dose of MenACWY was received at age sixteen (16) or older, the second dose is not required for school entry.

The documents needed for registration are as follows: Proof of residence, Kentucky Immunization Certificate, School physical, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Report card/ transcript/ withdrawal form, and IEP/504 (if applicable).
